Originator

ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator companies who submit loan applications to ANZ on behalf of their customers for commission. (Also known as Broker companies)

Sub-Originator

Individuals within ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator companies who submit loan applications to ANZ on behalf of their customers for commission (Also known as Brokers)

Originator ID

ID allocated to each ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator Company

Sub-Originator ID

ID allocated to each member of ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator Company

Individual Approved Originator

Individuals within ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator companies who submit loan applications to ANZ on behalf of their customers for commission (Also known as Sub-Originator or Brokers)

These people will only be able to view details on applications that they have submitted to ANZ.

Originator State Manager
(applicable to Australia only)

Individuals within ANZ Third Party Mortgage Originator companies who manage the brokers of their company within the state(s) they are responsible for.

These people will only be able to view details on applications that brokers in states they manage, have submitted to ANZ.

Originator National Manager

Director/ Manager of the Originator company who will have access to details submitted by individuals within their company. (Also known as the Principal of an Originator company).

These people will only be able to view details on applications that brokers within their company, have submitted to ANZ
