Logging on and out contains the following topics:

Once you have logged on to the ANZ Originator web site, you can access the Application Tracking System without having to re-enter your logon details. Therefore, it is important to keep your ANZ Originator log in information secret to prevent unauthorised access to the system.
Your User ID determines the kind of information you can access. The level of access attached to your User ID is nominated by your company.

- Log on to the ANZ Originator web site.
- Select one of the following links:
- 'Application Tracking' link under Mortgage Origination from the left navigation bar or
- Application Tracking icon from the Mortgage Origination Page

You should log out of the Application Tracking System when you have finished your session. However, the system will automatically time out after 15 minutes of inactivity in both the ANZ Originator web site and Application Tracking system.
As the Application Tracking System contains personal information about ANZ's customers, you must log out of the system whenever you leave your computer so that unauthorised persons cannot access this information.
You can log out of the system by selecting:
- 'Close Window' from the left hand navigation bar, or
- Close from the page header.
The ANZ Originator web page displays.
