Once you have logged on to the ANZ Originator web site, you can access the Application Tracking System without having to re-enter your logon details. Therefore, it is important to keep your ANZ Originator log in information secret to prevent unauthorised access to the system.
Your User ID determines the kind of information you can access. The level of access attached to your User ID is nominated by your company.

You should log out of the Application Tracking System when you have finished your session. However, the system will automatically time out after 15 minutes of inactivity in both the ANZ Originator web site and Application Tracking system.
As the Application Tracking System contains personal information about ANZ's customers, you must log out of the system whenever you leave your computer so that unauthorised persons cannot access this information.
