Became that status within the current financial year, beginning on July 1 (Australia only) or April 1 (NZ only) .

Previous 12 months

Became that status within the last 12 months. This is calculated from yesterday's date.

Application Number

Unique nine-digit number that is used to identify an application. Each application is allocated its own application number.

Customer's full name.

Application Status

Status of the application in the ANZ Mortgage Origination database.

You cannot select 'From' or 'To' dates for an Application Status that does not have a relevant date. If you try to do so, the message "Date cannot be selected for this Application status" will be displayed.

'From' and 'To'

Dates are selected using the calendar facility. The following require 'From' and 'To' dates:

  • Approved Date
  • Application Received Date
  • Actual Drawdown Date
  • Declined Date
  • Withdrawn Date

The 'From' date must not be earlier than 12 months prior to today's date. You cannot enter today's date in either field.

Total Amount Sought ($)

Numeric field containing the total amount sought on a loan application. If there is more than one loan product listed on an application, the total amount sought is the total of all loan products listed.

Product

Code and name of the loan product.

  HVC – Home Loan Variable

Suburb/City

Suburb (or city) listed on the customer's:

  • current residential, or
  • statement, or
  • security address.

State
(Not applicable in NZ)

State listed on the customer's:

  • current residential, or
  • statement, or
  • security address.

Postcode

Postcode listed on the customer's:

  • current residential, or
  • statement, or
  • security address.

In addition to the above, State Level Managers (not applicable in NZ), National Level Managers and Authorised ANZ staff can search by:

  • Sub-Originator ID (Identification number allocated to the sub-originator)
  • Sub-Originator Name (Name of the sub-originator)
  • Sub-Originator State (State where the sub-originator's office is located) – Not applicable in NZ.

Authorised ANZ staff can also search by:

  • Originator ID (number allocated to the originator company)
  • Originator Name (name of the originator company)
  • Business Channel (channel through which the application was made).

This page displays details of an individual loan application. It includes details of the:

Location to which details of a particular loan product are sent

Amount being sought for this loan product

Term of the loan in years and months

Loan Amount

The amount sought, in addition to any applicable financing fees

Effective Drawdown Date

Date drawdown was / is effective

Actual Drawdown Date

Actual date the loan was drawn down

Security Type

Type of security being offered to secure the loan

Security Value

Fair market value of the security being offered for the loan

Security Address

Address of the security being offered

   In addition to the above, authorised ANZ staff can view the Business Channel through which the application was made.

 An application consists of

     - Multiple customers

     - Multiple purposes, products and securities

The Application Details page will display:

     - One set of application details (eg. Application Received Date)

     - One set of customer details for each applicant in the application.

     - One set of product details for each product used for each purpose within the application.

     - One set of security details for each security used to secure a product.

You can monitor your own Application Tracking System usage. If you manage other sub-originators, you can also view their system usage details. Authorised ANZ staff can view any sub-originator's system usage details.

Each page displays a maximum of 10 sub-originators. If more than 10 sub-originators are listed, you can use the navigation buttons to scroll backwards and forwards through subsequent pages.

The following information will be displayed for those sub-originators for which you can view System Usage.

Column title

Description

Originator ID

The ID number allocated to the originator company.

Sub-Originator ID

The ID number allocated to the sub-originator.

Sub-Originator Name

The name of the sub-originator.

Last Logged on

The date of the previous time that the sub-originator logged on to Application Tracking.

Note: On the first time the sub-originator logs on to Application Tracking, the date displayed under this field will be the date of their first log on.

No. of Times logged on within last 12 months

The number of times the sub-originator has logged onto the Application Tracking System over the past 12 months.
