This page is accessible to all persons authorised to use the ANZ Originator web site. From this page, you can:

Quick Search options

Quick Search queries have been predefined by the system. You can perform a Quick Search from the left hand navigation bar or the Application Tracking Main Page. The Quick Search page will display all matching applications (that you are authorised to view).

Previous 12 months

Became that status within the last 12 months. This is calculated from yesterday's date.

* Note :Settled applications - based on the Actual Drawdown Date.

Customised Search page

This page enables you to specify your search criteria for a Customised Search.

Postcode

Postcode listed on the customer's:

  • current residential, or
  • statement, or
  • security address.

In addition to the above, State Level Managers (not applicable in NZ), National Level Managers and Authorised ANZ staff can search by:

  • Sub-Originator ID (Identification number allocated to the sub-originator)
  • Sub-Originator Name (Name of the sub-originator)
  • Sub-Originator State (State where the sub-originator's office is located) – Not applicable in NZ.

Authorised ANZ staff can also search by:

  • Originator ID (number allocated to the originator company)
  • Originator Name (name of the originator company)
  • Business Channel (channel through which the application was made).

This page displays details of an individual loan application. It includes details of the:

  • Application
  • Customer
  • Loan product
  • Loan security

Security Address

Address of the security being offered

   In addition to the above, authorised ANZ staff can view the Business Channel through which the application was made.

 An application consists of

     - Multiple customers

     - Multiple purposes, products and securities

The Application Details page will display:

     - One set of application details (eg. Application Received Date)

     - One set of customer details for each applicant in the application.

     - One set of product details for each product used for each purpose within the application.

     - One set of security details for each security used to secure a product.

System Usage Report page

You can monitor your own Application Tracking System usage. If you manage other sub-originators, you can also view their system usage details. Authorised ANZ staff can view any sub-originator's system usage details.

Each page displays a maximum of 10 sub-originators. If more than 10 sub-originators are listed, you can use the navigation buttons to scroll backwards and forwards through subsequent pages.

The following information will be displayed for those sub-originators for which you can view System Usage.

No. of Times logged on within last 12 months

The number of times the sub-originator has logged onto the Application Tracking System over the past 12 months.
