System Usage

System Usage contains the following topics:

  • Overview describes System Usage and when you would view a sub-originator's System Usage details
  • Monitoring System Usage explains how to view a sub-originator's system usage
Overview

You can monitor your own Application Tracking System usage. If you manage other sub-originators , you can also view their System Usage details. Authorised ANZ staff can view any sub-originator's system usage details.

The 'System Usage Report' page is accessed from the left hand navigation bar.

How to monitor System Usage
  1. Select 'System Usage Report' from the left hand navigation bar.
     The System Usage Report page displays the system usage details of all sub-originators that you are authorised to view. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the list of sub-originators, if required.
  2. Search for a particular sub-originator's system usage details by referring to the following table.

If you are...

then...

A sub-originator

Your System Usage details are displayed.

 You cannot view any other sub-originator's system usage details.

An Originator State Manager
(Not applicable in NZ)

 1.  Enter the sub-originator's ID in the 'Find (Sub-Originator ID)' field.

2. Select Search.

   If the ID belongs to a sub-originator in the state(s) that you manage, the sub-originator's system usage details are displayed.

An Originator National Manager

1.  Enter the sub-originator's ID in the Find (Sub-Originator ID) field.

2.   Select Search.

   If the ID belongs to a sub-originator (in your Originator company) in your country (either Australia or NZ), the sub-originator's System Usage details are displayed.

An authorised ANZ staff member

1. Enter one or both of the originator or sub-originator ID in the corresponding fields.

2.  Select Search.

 System usage details of the matching sub-originator are displayed.
